This space is for you if you want to gain better control over your emotions and enhance your emotional well-being. We'll tap into your body's natural ability to release feel-good chemicals like serotonin.

No matter your reason for being here, our focus will be on understanding the complete you, recognizing your strengths, and boosting your emotional wellness.

Together, we'll dive into challenging conversations, highlighting your unique strengths and discovering what truly sets you apart.

Approach

Using a psychoanalytic approach, I will assist you in exploring your past experiences and how they have shaped who you are today. We'll navigate on any significant life events that might be affecting your current emotional state.

Additionally, we'll use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to change negative thought patterns and encourage more positive self-talk.

How It Works

Intake Consultation

The intake consultation has a duration of 10 minutes via google meet to discuss the possibility of starting therapy together.

Initial Assessments

Two separate assessments, spanning different weeks, aim to understand you. We delve into your history, traumas, childhood dynamics, and therapy goals.

Treatment Plan

After our two assessments, I'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs, accessible to you. We'll track progress weekly.

Psychotherapy

We meet weekly or bi-weekly to ensure ongoing progress. Our 50-minute sessions begin by discussing recent developments and then delve into the treatment plan.
